Decentrx Connect
Scheme Period: 1st June 2026 – 31st March 2027
- Decentrx Connect offer is applicable only on purchase of Decentrx Freeform progressives only.
- The offer is exclusively for registered ECP (Eye Care Professionals) only.
- Scheme Period – 1st June 2026 to 31st March 2027.
- ECP can upgrade or downgrade their offer tier once after selecting.
- Outstanding balance in books at time of closure will be the main key point to determine eligibility for rewards.
- DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) should be less than 60 days during the offer period and at the time of offer closure.
- Any change to terms must be in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
- Shree Shyam Optical Group reserves the right to make any alteration in the offer at its sole discretion.
- Only net sales will be taken into account for qualification.
- All sales will be accounted for qualification; work-in-progress orders will not be considered.
- Distributor’s liability is limited to replacement or refund of product value; neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Both parties agree to keep commercial terms confidential for the duration of the scheme period.
- To qualify, a minimum of 300 additional pairs of SV Magnus (i.e. EVO Night Ryder, Click Duo, or any other SV product) is required during the scheme period.
- All other applicable discounts will be adjusted against final achievement totals.
